YUKA's YD-B series High Efficiency Air Compressor Filter with air flow rate 16 m³/min, inlet/outlet Rc2, usually installed before or after Refrigerated Air Dryer to remove solid particles, oil vapor, odor ,etc..Protecting the whole compressed air system and other pneumatic equipment to avoid to be polluted .It is ideal solution for removing pollutants in compressed air systems and saving energy. Use imported quality filter materials and design technology to ensure high-quality compressed air quality and lower operating costs.

We have a full set of testing equipment imported from Germany, Yuka Inline Filter and gas-water separators are tested according to ISO 8573.1: 2009 air quality standards, and provide performance test reports.


Product Advantages:

a. The filter housing is made of aluminum alloy by die-casting and has a compact structure to ensure safe use.
b. All housings are cleaned, degreased and specially anti-corrosion treated before spraying to improve durability and can be applied to offshore platform operations.

d. All housings are tested under working pressure 32 bar for 96 hours, and the maximum burst pressure is 105bar.
e. Under the working condition of 1.5-80 ºC and pressure 16 bar, the body is guaranteed 15 years, and the service life of the Filter Element is

6000-8000 hours.
